USDA Endorsed Health Certificates for EU and UKRabies Certificate must include Tangy's Microchip Number, Vaccine Name, Manufacturer, Lot Number, and signed in ink by the VetPlease make an appointment on Prior to Oct 25th for Tangy's USDA Health Certificate Exam*. We will complete most of it prior to the exam, attach our payment account, and a pre-paid shipping label and send it to your Vet in the VEHCS system prior to the appointment. That way, after the appointment, your Vet will only need to complete a few checkboxes then submit it to the USDA for endorsement.Once the USDA Endorses the certificate, you should receive an email from the USDA letting you know. The certificate is usually sent out the same day, unless it is late in the day, then it is sent out next day.CARRIER INSTRUCTIONS
I will send out a carrier this week for Tangy. The carrier will be wrapped up with the shoulder strap, which will need to be reattached on each side (one side is where the tag, food bowl, etc.. is hanging from.).Please place the carrier open in a common area where Tangy can explore it on his own time. You can try giving treats in the carrier, but don't close him in it.The goal is for Tangy to explore it on his own and become comfortable with it. But don't worry, even if he hates it, having it open in a common area in the house, it will become a familiar item to him. Once we are at the airport, that carrier suddenly is a little piece of home that is coming with him, his new safe space that smells like home. This greatly reduces anxiety and stress while traveling for him... and us, as he will want nothing more than to go back into his carrier.Please bring carrier with the shoulder strap, items attached (tag, bowl, waste bags, and lint roller) , items inside (pee pads, pad, blanket), along with the items in the pocket (extra pee pads, wipes, refreshing spray) for transport. All of the items are for Tangy's transport, and all items that are not used/disposable will stay with the carrier when it is returned to you upon delivery.Should the carrier become dirty/soiled and need to be cleaned prior to transport, please contact us for instructions.

Day of Transport

Tuesday, November 10th, 2026Please pull Tangy's food around 8 am and limit water intake. This will help him feel more comfortable (and clean) during the flight.Items To Bring For Transport

- Sealed, Ziptop bag of dry food (quart size should be more than enough).
- (Optional) Small favorite toy and/or (very) small blanket or piece of cloth, something that smells like home. Helps with stress.
- (Optional) Small Ziptop bag of treats, clearly labeled with name.I will meet you at AGS at 12:00 pm EST
Normally I have a meet-up map, but AGS is so tiny, I can't find a reliable map. It will be easy enough to find each other through text.Prior to pick-up, I will send a Life360 Code where you will be able to GPS track us for the trip Sometimes it doesn't work while we are in flight, for that, I have added a link to a flight tracking page below. I will also be sending text and picture updates along the way.

Arrive: DUB - Dublin at 7:45 am on Wednesday, Nov 11, 2026During the flights, Life 360 tracking does not always work. While we are in flight, please use Flight Aware for the most accurate, up to date, information about our flight. If Wi-Fi is available on the flight, I will be able to communicate during the flight. I will send updates as soon as I know about them with any delays and with approximate times of arrival, so the person meeting for delivery will have the most accurate time of arrival for us.

Arrival at DUB and onward to Kirkcaldy, UK

After arriving at DUB, Tangy & I will head to the "Items to Declare" There they will check Tangy's paperwork, scan his Microchip, and we will pay the 50 Euro fee.Taxi to Ferry We will catch a taxi outside to get to the Ferry Port.Stena Line Ferry from Dublin to Holyhead, UK
We have a pet friendly private cabin reserved on the ferry.
